and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise
Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
During his time spent in the fitness industry, he noticed that most people focus on the
exercises and programs but not on the lifestyle while trying to achieve their results. There are important aspects of exercise and programing to focus on while training, but it is also important to know what to do outside the gym on your own to achieve and maintain the desired results of each person.
Equipped with an extensive scientific background and years of experience, there is not a person
out there that Todd cannot help achieve their fitness goals. He is an intense, driven individual
that inspires others to reach new heights that they may have not thought possible. Todd

jennifer

Jennifer is an NSCA-certified personal trainer. She is a Colorado native. She always had an interest in anatomy and physiology, and thought she would end up in the medical field. Instead, she fell in love with the fitness industry when she began working as a personal trainer in 2008 because it gave her the ability to work with people in a more personal and creative setting while still utilizing her love for science. Her focus is on female strength and conditioning. She is very particular about technique and loves to teach her clients how to do things correctly so that they can build strength safely and efficiently. She believes that focusing on strength, form, and hard work in the gym will also give her clients the aesthetic that they want. She wants to give her people something that they cannot achieve on their own in the way she challenges her clients both mentally and physically.

ISAIAH

Isaiah was a dual sport athlete in college at Saint Ambrose University where he studied Human Performance and Fitness during his 4 years there. Isaiah brings a wide spectrum of knowledge to his workouts for his clients. He will push you to be the best version of yourself here in the gym, but also outside the gym. Whether it’s a barbell, dumbbell, or kettlebell, he can teach you how to use them. Or if you’re interested in sprint mechanics and functional movement, he can coach you there as well!

jorgi

Jorgi received her MS in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sport Performance Training in 2017. She is originally from New Mexico where she attended UNM and competed as a Division I swimmer; it is during this time that she became drawn to the world of strength and conditioning.

 

Jorgi is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, NASM certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist as well as Performance Enhancement Specialist, and TRX Suspension trained.

 

Jorgi aspires to help individuals find ways to move that make them feel more capable, limitless in activity, and therefore to apply what they learn in the gym to their entire life. She hopes to teach others how to appreciate the value of living a healthy, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle.

Marc Saint-Preux graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotions. Marc has worked with people from all walks of life, from various UFC fighters to 70+ year olds with hip and knee replacements. Marc specializes in sports performance and functional training. He has a passion for coaching and helping people achieve their goals.  When you train with Marc you will be challenged physically and mentally while having a good time!

I’m Coach Matt, I was born and raised in the suburbs of St. Louis. I went to McKendree University for two years where I studied business and played football. After my two years I decided to join the United States Coast Guard where I served for six years. I spent two years in Virginia Beach and four years in Dauphin Island, Alabama. After my time in the Coast Guard I decided to move to Colorado and start a new profession in fitness. I have lived in Colorado for a year on September 1. I started my fitness career at F45 which specializes in HIIT training and I just recently decided to go full time at Vital. I’m excited to be apart of the Vital family and see where this journey takes me!

Aaron has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry as well as a being a former  competitive athlete. He strives on using simplicity when it comes to fitness and nutrition. 
Aaron specializes in strength training, Olympic Weightlifting, athletic performance, fat loss,  nutrition, and injury prevention. No matter if you’re a competitive athlete or someone who just wants to move, look, and feel better, he can help. Aaron is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine,  Functional Movement Screen certified, a USA Weightlifting Coach and Precision Nutrition Certified.

With over 15 years of experience, Mike brings a unique background to health and fitness.  He has worked with every level of fitness client and traveled the world building his personal knowledge to bring the absolute best and ultimate results to his clients.  Mike also has over 20 years of athletic experience in World and US competition in addition to 10 years of professional coaching and training.  This high-level experience helps give him the understanding of the requirements necessary for success at all levels of competition, fitness, and life.  His experience, dedication to his clients, and knowledge base helps them become successful in and out of the gym.  Mike is also an entrepreneur and the Owner/Founder of a local health food startup company called Mighty Mike’s Foods.  They specialize in dehydrated vegetable base snack foods.

Marc is the Director Of Performance, Founder,  and CEO of Unique Fit Club LLC. “I believe very strongly in SYNERGY. I create a consistent training environment in which the combined energy output of everyone involved is at peak levels. CREATE A SPARK THAT WILL IGNITE A DIFFERENCE is a personal guiding principle I continue to develop as a coach. The philosophy I have adapted to lead athletes is the Human Performance Model. I research what coaches, athletes, and programs are currently doing to define the highest levels of training and sport. I create an ongoing Human Performance Model in which coach, athlete, and program continuously set goals, push barriers, break barriers, as well as continue to define and re define success.”

Since moving to Colorado Marc has High Performance Coaching Tenures at Greenwood Athletic Club, Jefferson County Schools, TruFit, and Colorado Athletic Club where he has been rated #1 Personal Trainer club wide in addition to leading 20 group fitness training classes a month. Marc is currently accepting clients ranging from Inactive/Overweight Youth (9th-12th), Competitive/Elite Youth Athletes (9th-12th), Active Adults, Competitive/Elite Performance Adult Athletes, NCAA Athletes, Professional Athletes, Olympic Athletes, MMA Metabolic Conditioning, as well as Team Sport Specific Training.
